Our growing comprehensive wealth management firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to provide direct support to one of our teams and play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our practice. What You’ll Do• Prepare, edit, and organize applications for the account opening process.• Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and client meeting coordination.• Act as the primary point of contact between the team and clients.• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.• Service client needs, such as address and beneficiary changes, along with money movement needs.• Assist with project management, event coordination, and administrative support for the wider team as needed. What We’re Looking For• Experience: 3 years as a client services associate, preferably within the financial services industry.• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). CRM experience is a plus.• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can think two steps ahead, manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.• Character: Professional, trustworthy, and able to balance warmth with discretion when dealing with clients and confidential information.
