Bookkeeper / Accounts Receivable Specialist
Financial Additions is assisting a reputable real estate client in Fort Worth with a Bookkeeper/Accounts Receivable Specialist position. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of AR experience and excellent job tenure.

What you will do:
- Process and prepare miscellaneous and recurring tenant charges.
- Run billing reports and reconciliations
- Create and distribute tenant invoices, ensuring accuracy
- Maintain compliance with lease agreements
- Post wire transfers, electronic payments and daily deposits
- Assist with month-end close by reconciling AR subledgers balances to the general ledger
- Process and post-billing adjustments
- Point of contact for tenant billing inquires
- Facilitate collections
What qualifications you will bring:
- High School Diploma
- 3 years accounts receivable experience
- Real estate or property management accounting preferred
- Understanding of lease terms, tenant billing and collections of accounts receivable preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $68,000
