Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, tax information, and deductions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws by staying current on tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Perform data entry tasks related to payroll processing, benefits administration, and accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Utilize support systems that integrate with our payroll processing software for seamless payroll data management and reporting.
- Assist with audits by providing accurate reports on payroll expenses, tax filings, and benefit deductions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of payroll processing in Ohio and West Virginia. FPC or CPP Certification is desired, but not required.
- Knowledge of tax regulations related to payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy (10-key typing proficiency).

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
