The ideal candidate will have successfully partnered with CEOs and leadership teams, scaled rapidly growing organizations, and has several years of working successfully with corporate or non-profit board members.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement organizational policies and strategic initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing financial insights and recommendations
- Create and execute 10 year business plan that will increase impact 5X
- Create annual budgets, KPIs, and reporting tools to proactively drive performance
- Oversee cash management, risk management, regulatory compliance, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Lead and mentor internal finance and accounting team
Qualifications
- Previous CFO experience with large organization
- Fintech expertise and scaling payment solutions for rapidly growing organizations
- Strong ERP systems
- Non-profit or private board governance best practices
- 10 - 15 years of finance experience
- CPA or MBA preferred
Salary : $300,000 - $325,000
