Management
• Establish and help to achieve annual Commercial Production goals
• Looks for opportunities to grow a business, through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take
advantage of those opportunities.
• Analyze sales and other reports that give insight into how production goals can be adjusted to achieve
production goals and improve performance.
• Works with Carrier partners to maintain and build relationships, establish annual production goals,
schedule periodic carrier meetings, and maintain carrier appointments.
• Works efficiently and calmly on tight deadlines or as other stress factors arise,
• Assists President and works as a member of a cohesive team.
• Accepts extra duties as situations arise.
Department
• Manages daily company operations and resolve issues,
• Coaches and conduct training for agents and employees on best practices for managing accounts,
workflow and handling daily issues and tasks.
• Coach and train department on policy risks analysis and making recommendations based on a thorough
analysis of all factors involved in a business situation,
• Manage House accounts by conducting annual risk analysis, make recommendations for additional
coverage, market and solidify coverage after presenting proposal to Finance Enterprise Audit
Committee,
• Examine company rules to make sure they stay relevant and makes recommendations and implement
necessary change.
• Establish individual performance goals, track performance over time and completes annual
Performance based on results.
Agent Services:
• Oversee that agent services are being performed by Account Managers and Assistant Account
Managers with accuracy and within standard turn around period.
o Pre-underwrite new and renewal risks. Prepare quotation as needed, prepare, and submit
applications to carriers and/or complete quote and bind process using carrier’s online process.
Update Agency Management system accordingly.
o Pre-underwrite endorsements prior to processing to insurance carriers and/or endorse changes
using carrier online systems. Update Agency Management system accordingly.
o Work with carrier to seek approval to reinstate risks.
o Issues proof of insurance and vehicle identification cards accordingly.
o Respond to carrier underwriting requests.
o Provide customer service to policyholders in the absence of the agent.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary : $70,893 - $110,000
