What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Production Depositor position at Finale's Gourmet Desserts?
Our unique family owned small wholesale bakery has been producing high quality products for restaurants, cafes, hotels, resorts and caterers for over 30 years. We are currently looking to add a local committed team member. Experience is preferred but not required.
DEPOSITOR: Responsible for depositing mixed batters into a variety of baking pans using an air driven depositor. Some mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow instructions for specific measurements is necessary. Requires repetitive motions and the ability to repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs. Also need to be able to stand for long periods and work with a variety of motions including frequent bending and turning.
There will be opportunity to help & learn in other areas of the bakery if desired.
You must be able to work early morning hours and be consistently dependable. Position begins the day at 5:30 AM.
Hours are 5:30am - 2:00pm, Monday - Thursday. Hours may vary slightly. No weekends, evenings or middle of the night hours! We are generally able to accomodate personal scheduling needs.
