Position Overview
As a Wildlife Removal Technician, you’ll perform inspections, install exclusion systems, set traps, and safely handle wildlife in and around residential and commercial properties.
You’ll also help educate customers, take photos/videos for reports, and work with your teammates to deliver top-tier service that reflects our “Critter Coach” standards.
What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed attic, roofline, and crawlspace inspections
- Set, monitor, and remove humane wildlife traps
- Install exclusion barriers, seal entry points, and repair damage
- Safely handle and relocate wildlife (squirrels, raccoons, bats, etc.)
- Use ladders, hand tools, and power tools daily
- Communicate clearly with customers and document work through photos
- Maintain a clean truck, uniform, and professional attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and in tight crawlspaces
- Excellent attitude — team-first mentality, no drama
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Clean background check and drug-free
- Construction, roofing, or pest control experience a plus (not required)
