About the Role:
This is a high-impact sales role responsible for driving residential painting revenue. You’ll manage your own pipeline, sell painting services, cross-sell additional offerings as opportunities arise, and execute the Final Touch Painting sales process from pre-bid through post-bid. Success in this role means consistently hitting personal sales, margin, and cost-per-margin targets while managing estimates, proposals, and client communication. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment, balances company-provided leads with personal lead generation, and takes ownership of results through clear metrics, weekly reporting, and continuous improvement.
Compensation:
- First Year Earning Potential: $55,000 - $80,000 (base salary bonuses)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales plan, selling painting services as well as cross selling other product offerings as the opportunities arise
- Learn and execute the Final Touch Painting sales process (pre-bid, during-bid, post-bid)
- Hitting Personal Sales Target, Margin Target, and cost per margin target
- Entering estimates into company CRM per VP Sales expectations
- Updating client data per Sales Manager expectations
- Writing customer proposals per Sales Manager expectations
- Generate additional leads through personal activity (leads can be delivered to you by the company marketing activities)
- Attending weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 Team Meetings
- Building a sales plan and tracking against it at all times - with Sales Manager guidance.
- Turning in a weekly GAM Report highlighting weekly, quarterly, and overall numbers, journaling of previous weeks drivers and restrainers, and upcoming weeks goals and priorities.
