Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Painter at Final Touch Painting Services, where the individual will coordinate with the team and clients remotely while traveling to job sites in Central Ohio. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing surfaces, applying interior and exterior paint and coatings, performing basic drywall repairs, removing wallpaper when needed, and ensuring clean, safe, and organized work areas. The Painter will follow company standards for professional conduct, maintain high-quality finishes, and use appropriate tools and techniques such as brush, roller, and spray application. The role also involves communicating with supervisors and clients about project timelines, materials, and progress, and adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Paint and Painting, with proven experience delivering high-quality interior and exterior finishes.
- Experience in Painting and Decorating, with an eye for detail, color matching, and clean, professional results.
- Knowledge of Coatings, including proper surface preparation, product selection, and application for residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Spray Painting techniques, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Ability to perform basic drywall repair, surface preparation, and wallpaper removal.
- Reliability in traveling to job sites across Central Ohio while coordinating work remotely with the main office.
- Commitment to professional behavior on job sites, including respectful communication and adherence to company standards.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, climb ladders, and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Previous painting experience in residential or commercial settings preferred; relevant training or certifications are a plus.
