Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert finish carpentry on remodels—trim, baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, doors, windows, and more.
- Install cabinetry, vanities, shelving, and custom built-ins with top-tier precision.
- Execute accurate layouts and measurements for seamless installations.
- Support light framing, demolition, and rough carpentry tasks as needed.
- Read blueprints, design plans, and material lists to ensure aligned execution.
- Work with hardwoods, MDF, composites, and specialty millwork materials.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and quality expectations.
- Solve jobsite challenges efficiently while upholding design and code standards.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain clean, professional, and organized job sites.
- Communicate directly with clients when needed to ensure satisfaction and clarity.
Qualifications
- 5 years of finish carpentry or residential remodeling experience preferred.
- High proficiency in installing cabinetry, doors, millwork, and trim.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and design specifications.
- Knowledge of residential construction and framing fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent judgment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and time management.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the St. Louis area.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical carpentry tasks daily.
- Carpentry certifications or vocational training are a plus.

Schedule
