General Manager
Final Touch Commercial Services has been operating in Central Oregon since 1999 and is one of the largest and most reputable commercial services companies in the region. General Description:
The General Manager is overall responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Company and reports to the owners. With subordinate managers, the General Manager will ensure that our team provides high quality services to our customers, while making Final Touch a great place to work for our staff. Additionally, the General Manager will ensure all back-office functions of the Company are timely and efficient. This position requires oversight of multiple managers and functions and a large staff.
Primary Job Functions:
· Overall responsible for all day-to-day Company Operations.
· Provide overall leadership and direction to the Company's staff, maintains company back office, and internal control operations.
· Lead daily huddles to ensure alignment, clear expectations, and accountability across the team.
· Maintain accurate schedules for recurring cleaning customers, Day Porter customers, and extra jobs.
· Responsible for bidding new work and responsibly staffing to ensure profit goals are met.
· Responsible for executing the Final Touch Quality Control Program.
· Supports the overall organizational structure, ensuring the Company hires, develops, and motivates a highly competent and professional staff. Overall responsible for employee engagement.
· Train and mentor subordinate managers to ensure their development and success.
· Ensure all staff are properly trained and equipped to provide best-in-class services to our clients.
· Responsible for providing best-in-class customer service. Foster relationships with existing customers and consistently seek new business to support the growth strategy of Final Touch Commercial Services.
· Implement Standard Operating Procedures and management systems, controls, and standards to effectively carry out the company's objectives and position for long-term success.
· Ensure no gaps in account coverage and be prepared to cover yourself if required.
· Lead weekly, quarterly and annual update meetings in accordance with EOS.
· Responsible for overall maintenance and cleanliness of company facilities, vehicles, and equipment.
· Other duties as required.

Compensation:
· $100,000 - $130,000 Base Salary $30,000 Performance Bonus
