Final Phase is hiring dependable and motivated Evening Cleaners for a commercial facility in the Des Moines area.
This position is part of a team responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and professional office and administrative spaces after business hours.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Evening hours (approximately 4–5 hours per night)
No weekends
Pay:
$15.00–$16.50 per hour, depending on experience
Performance-based reviews with opportunities for raises
(Consistent, reliable employees are recognized and rewarded)
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of office and administrative areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Vacuum carpeted areas and mop hard floors
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and locker rooms
- Clean sinks, mirrors, fixtures, and toilets
- Wipe down counters, tables, and break room areas
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and common areas
- Dust furniture and horizontal surfaces
- Perform periodic high-dusting as part of rotation
