Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing fulfillment team. In this hands-on role, you will pick, pack, and ship customer orders for our online store while also operating a digital printer and heat press to fulfill custom t-shirt orders. This is a key position that directly impacts customer satisfaction through accurate, timely, and high-quality order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from inventory according to customer orders
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to ensure damage-free delivery
- Prepare shipping labels, scan items, and process shipments through major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Operate a digital printer and commercial heat press to produce custom t-shirt orders
- Inspect printed and pressed garments for quality, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records for both general merchandise and apparel supplies
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy rates
- Assist with receiving new inventory and stock replenishment
- Work collaboratively with the team to continuously improve fulfillment processes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience (1 years preferred)
- Ability to operate a digital printer and heat press (training provided for qualified candidates)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce order fulfillment
- Prior operation of heat presses, DTF printers, or similar equipment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (occasional overtime during peak seasons)
