Final Details is an established auto-detailing and ceramic-coating business. We are also launching a new line of car-care products, Including Detailing Products .
We’re looking for a dependable, motivated person to work directly with the owner, help keep the daily business organized and help grow the new product line.
This is a hands-on job with plenty of variety.
What You’ll Do
- Help the owner with daily business and personal tasks
- CRM
- Quickbooks Savy
- Run local errands and pick up lunch, supplies or dry cleaning
- Keep the crew organized and projects moving
- Answer customers and follow up with leads
- Help with scheduling, sales and customer service
- Assist with social media, photos, videos and marketing
- Help promote and sell our new car-care products
- Assist with product samples, orders and inventory
You’re a Good Fit If You
- Are dependable, organized and ready to work
- Communicate well by phone, text and email
- Are friendly and comfortable talking with customers
- Can handle different responsibilities during the day
- Take initiative and finish what you start
- Are comfortable with social media and basic computer programs
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience in sales, customer service, social media or automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required. Your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter most.
