Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Plano, TX, for an outdoor Sales Specialist at Final Cut Roofing and Construction, LLC. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, nurturing client relationships, and effectively presenting and selling roofing and construction services. The role includes engaging in direct customer interactions, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to project completion. Additional day-to-day activities may involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and providing product and service training to clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have minimum of 2 years experience is commission based sales position with proven track record demonstrating ability to meet or exceed sales target and ability to close deals.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, address inquiries, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion to seek and solve problems by utilizing network resources.
- Comfortable with door-to-door and field sales.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus.
- Ability to climb ladders & perform roof inspections.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Valid drone license is a plus.
- Previous experience in roofing and construction industry a plus.
Salary : $30,000 - $50,000
