The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, ensure efficient workflow, and uphold quality standards across various projects. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, monitoring performance, developing strategies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining budgets. The role also emphasizes building and maintaining strong client relations to support long-term partnerships, as well as prioritizing safety practices practices to ensure a secure and compliant work environment for all employees.
