Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert knowledge of our menu, and efficient handling of orders. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and proper food preparation procedures to ensure safety standards are met
• Clear tables efficiently, bus dishes, and reset tables to maintain a clean dining area
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments with openTable or similar reservation systems
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or casual setting
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions confidently
• Uphold food safety standards and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations
• Support guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving or host/hostess roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong culinary knowledge and understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement
• Previous fine dining or nightclub experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving, bussing, sanitation, and guest relations

Pay: $2.13 - $2.14 per hour
