Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Router Operator, based in Benson, NC. The Router Operator will be responsible for operating CNC routers and other machinery to fabricate precision marine components. Key daily tasks include setting up and calibrating routers, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining equipment functionality, reading and interpreting design specifications, and ensuring high-quality production standards. Collaboration with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize operations will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer operation
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with technical support and machinery setup
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail with a focus on precision
- Prior experience operating CNC routers or similar equipment is strongly preferred
