Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, tree trimming, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy
• Operate power tools, hand tools, lawnmowers, snow plows, excavators, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Conduct hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
• Provide seasonal services such as snow plowing in winter months and gardening tasks during warmer seasons
• Assist with tree care activities including trimming, removal, and health assessments
• Support construction projects related to landscape improvements or new installations

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening roles
• Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and power tools
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, hardscape construction, and horticulture principles
• Hands-on experience with tree care practices such as trimming and health assessment
• Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely in various outdoor projects
• Knowledge of snow plowing techniques and equipment operation during winter months
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles and general maintenance procedures
