- Assist in product planning, feature organization, and task coordination
- Support requirements gathering and cross-functional communication
- Work closely with the Vice President and software leaders on product priorities
- Maintain accurate product documentation, timelines, and status updates
- Track progress, identify issues or blockers, and escalate when needed
- Participate in meetings, capture key notes, and follow up on action items
- Help streamline product development processes and workflow efficiency
- Ensure product initiatives remain aligned with deadlines and company goals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in software development and user experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or Trello is a plus (not required)
- Basic understanding of software processes is helpful but not necessary
