Responsibilities
- Make frequent phone calls to contractors and clients
- Maintain clear, organized communication channels to keep all project stakeholders informed and aligned
- Coordinate logistics for project workflows, including scheduling, resource allocation, and timelines
- Develop detailed project plans and milestones
- Communicate regularly with the Service Manager ensuring all project-related activities line up with organizational goals
- Handle conflict and problem-solve efficiently, ensuring client and contractor satisfaction.
- Organize and update project documentation, ensuring all records and reports are accurate and accessible
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Exceptional communication skills, with a professional and confident phone presence
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in research or client relations is a plus
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
