Position Summary
The Customer Support Representative serves as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role ensures timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries, orders, and updates for all our partners. Attention to detail and the accuracy of information are crucial to the success of our business. The representative will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of support for our clients.
- Attention to detail is critical to success.
- Provide product/service information, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients in a professional manner.
- Support onboarding of new clients by ensuring clear communication and set-up assistance.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of contracted services.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and quality in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or client support role.
- Strong, administrative, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting B2B clients, educational institutions, or government organizations.
- Familiarity with service-based industries (facilities, technology, infrastructure, or building operations).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field.
