Job summary:As the Southern California Sales Manager your role is pivotal in driving our company's success. You will work directly with our distributor partner and cultivate relationships with key regional accounts, focusing on and off premise clients in Southern California.
Essential responsibilities:· Develop and execute strategies to expand our brand's presence in On and Off-Premise High Value Indy and Regional accounts within the territory.
· Manage the income and expenses of the territory as well as your T&E budget and work closely with Regional Sales Director to strategically utilize tactical budgets to achieve sales goals.
· Ensure efficient operations of the distributor sales teams, setting and achieving sales targets. Utilize your industry knowledge to enhance the team's effectiveness.
· Create and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets, grow market share, and elevate brand visibility.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, optimize product placements, and drive marketing initiatives that support sales growth.
· Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and consumer preferences specific to the region, identifying opportunities and threats.
· Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and trade promotions to establish mutually beneficial agreements with key regional accounts.
· Generate accurate sales forecasts and demand plans to optimize inventory levels and production schedules.
· Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and progress against strategic objectives.
· Ensure all sales and distribution activities align with state and federal alcohol beverage regulations.
· Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the On-Premise accounts. You'll be the face of Filthy, representing our brand and building trust with our partners.
· Continuously gather insights from the On-Premise sector, reporting back to the company on market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activities within the region.
