About the Job
FilterShine Northeast is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Field Technicians for our night shift kitchen exhaust cleaning team. This is an active, hands-on position working overnight at commercial facilities.
No experience required — we provide paid, on-the-job training.
This role is ideal for individuals who prefer overnight hours, enjoy physical work, and want consistent full-time employment.
Pay & Hours
- Pay range: $19.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience)
- Average hours: 40–45 hours per week
- All driving time in company vehicles is paid
What You’ll Do
- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems overnight
- Work on ladders, rooftops, and elevated surfaces
- Lift and handle equipment up to 50 lbs
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Travel to job sites in company trucks
- Follow safety procedures and job standards
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Comfortable climbing extension ladders and working on roofs
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Able to work overnight / night shifts consistently
- Preference for applicants living within 30 miles of Denver, PA
