**Business Applications Analyst (In Person Role in Wilson, NC)**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Systems Analyst to ensure the seamless flow of data across our enterprise ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our IT team and various stakeholders to maintain data integrity and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions, supporting our continued growth and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Monitor and validate system synchronizations between NetSuite, Oracle Cloud WMS, BigCommerce, and custom AWS applications to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform regular integrity checks on orders, inventory, financial data, and other critical information to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data and system requirements, translating these needs into structured roadmaps for development and implementation.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues related to data flow, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Document system processes, data flows, and validation procedures to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
• Support testing and validation of system updates, integrations, and new features to ensure minimal disruption and optimal performance.
  
  

**Skills and Qualifications**

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, WMS, eCommerce platforms, and cloud-based applications, particularly NetSuite, Oracle Cloud WMS, BigCommerce, and AWS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data validation, system integration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and documentation practices.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
