Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking a responsible Wholesale Lead to oversee all aspects of the division, including inventory management, data entry, quality of product, and more. Accuracy and quality of the product is a high priority. Wholesale Lead will train and provide work direction and guidance to assigned staff.

This role will report to the Shipping Supervisor in Ogden, UT. Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shifts and Friday’s as needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately enters, updates, and maintains information in computer systems or databases.
• Verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that products are available when needed.
• Teaches Employees how to pick, pack, and prepare boxes for shipping.
• Demonstrates how to place filters in the correct box size.
• Demonstrate how to cut the box to the correct size, safely, and seal with packing tape.
• Verify specifications are met as work is being done.
• Teaches how to resolve sealing and boxing problems by making needed adjustments or notifying supervisors to obtain additional resources.
• On the job instruction to show how to maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Teach Employees to check stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies for each day to be sure a good workflow is maintained.
• Teach label application as needed.
• Be sure employees are safely operating all machines and using proper gloves, boxing knives, etc.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, setting a good example to their peers.
• Be sure Employees can perform other duties as assigned to stay productive.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Proven leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Liaison between factory and wholesales division.
• Understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Analytical skills
• Great attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength (heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling)

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods working on feet, using hand tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending, twisting, climbing, pivoting, and stooping.
• Frequently reach with hands and arms.
• Sitting for prolonged periods entering data.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and inspect parts produced.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
