Company Overview
Filter King is a fast growing U.S. manufacturer of HVAC air filters with facilities in Miami, Bethlehem, Las Vegas, and Dallas. We serve both direct-to-consumer and B2B customers through our e-commerce platform and internal operational systems.
We are looking for a strong technical product leader to help improve and scale the systems that run our business.
Job Summary
This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on internal business systems and customer-facing software. You will work directly with the CEO, operations leaders, and our in-house development team to define priorities, build solutions, improve workflows, and ensure strong execution.
This is not an IT infrastructure or help desk role. You do not need to be a full-time developer, but you must be technically strong enough to understand code, databases, workflows, and challenge technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own internal systems and software improvement initiatives
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and clear project plans
- Lead the internal development team on priorities, timelines, and delivery
- Review technical solutions and ensure strong execution
- Own QA, testing, bug identification, and release readiness
- Partner with operations, warehouse, production, and leadership teams to improve workflows
Early Projects
- Customer billing portal
- BOM accuracy overhaul
- Real-time production floor tools
- Inventory workflow improvements
- Internal process automation
Qualifications
- 4 years in technical product management, systems leadership, or software project ownership
- Strong technical understanding of software systems, databases, and application workflows
- Comfortable reading PHP, SQL, and discussing technical architecture
- Experience leading software delivery or development projects
- Strong requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution skills
- Manufacturing, warehouse, ERP, or e-commerce experience preferred
Compensation
$100,000–$115,000 benefits
