This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of Filtas services and customer needs.Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Managing Service TechniciansInterviewing, hiring, and onboarding new techniciansManaging the technician training program as outlined within the training program manual and online videos. Additionally, responsible for supporting the lead technicians who will serve as trainersEnsuring that all technicians follow the guidance and policies of PureRenew Plus in their fulfillment of their duties and tasksProviding feedback, coaching, and performance reviewsSupporting with and communicating schedule changesTroubleshooting issues with equipment or service locationsMonitors and ensures that all recorded information/data is correct and consistently entered (service notes, service records, and service recaps)Coordinating logistics for Filta Clean service (multi-day projects)Assisting in the cleaning of fryers as part of our FiltaFry service and in the deep cleaning of equipment as part of our FiltaClean serviceManaging Warehouse TechniciansInterviewing, hiring, and onboarding new warehouse techniciansEnsuring technicians follow equipment maintenance programs and schedulesAssisting in the repair, maintenance and in the deep cleaning of equipment and vehicles, and the coordination of these tasksEnsuring technicians keep warehouse clean and stocked with necessary suppliesCollaboration with leadership:Communicating with the owner regularly to provide updates/briefs on all service related itemsCommunicating with finance/scheduling as needed to ensure efficienciesThe Requirements of an Operations ManagerAs an Operations Manager, you may be required to engage in physical activity at various times throughout the week.
