Responsibilities
- Conduct assessment of fryer oil quality.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Drain, flush and clean cooking fryer.
- Lift shortening shuttle with up to 80lbs of oil to dump into a storage tank multiple times per site.
- Lift 35lb oil jibs to refill fryers.
- Vacuum out fryers.
- Maintain a clean work environment as we are in hospital kitechens along with colleges and a mix of restaurants.
- Must have good personal hygiene.
- Must be 18.
- Must be able to drive to the central site to meet the technician on shift.
- We work one Friday a month for 3-4 hours on company vehicle and equipment maintinance.
Experience:
- Excellent analysis skills with a focus on problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English required for clear communication across teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to expand their technical expertise.
- Knowledge of simple tools and some understanding of simple pumps and motors for on site repair of our equipment when needed.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
