Looking for a low-stress caregiving role outside of bedside or having to drive from house to house?

My true requirement is finding someone who has a calming presence, displays empathy and wants to make positive impacts on peoples lives.
We are hiring a Caregiver / CNA / Companion to provide one-on-one support for a kind, independent woman with early-stage Alzheimer’s in a calm home setting.
This is a non-clinical role focused on companionship, light assistance, and meaningful connection.
What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Walks and light outings
- Minimal assist (cueing/set-up only)
- Support independence and routine
- Escort to social outings and doctors appointments
Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (flexible)
- Beverly or Boxford
- Additional hours available
- Likely will split between 2 caregivers, would consider brining on 3

Connect families with many useful and vetted contractors to provide plethora of services and take the guess work of being unsure who trust for things such as installing safety devices, licensed contractors to convert bathrub into walk in shower, nutritionist to provide recommendations and meal plans , mobile spa services including hair dressers and massage therapist. All managed by us to provide caregiver relief.
