Part Time Stylist
This position is responsible for assisting with steaming, dressing models, sample organization, packing, and on-set assistance. A successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills. This person must all be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, able to work under pressure and with cross-functional partners in buying, marketing, and inventory.

- Collaborate with the buying team, marketing team and creative director on upcoming shoots and projects
- Pre-style, organize, and prep all garments and accessories to ensure all items are photo ready
- Review and get final approvals of clothing racks for upcoming photoshoots to ensure styling is brand and site appropriate
- Demonstrate proper techniques for styling and preparation of merchandise to minimize damages
- Account and organize high priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Keeping merchandise organized and dressing models in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet productivity goals
- Collaborate with Photographer to manage time and pacing on set
- Assist in daily and weekly photoshoot planning and merchandise prioritization
- Strong appreciation for midwest fashion
- High attention to detail, style, and visual composition
- Strong work ethic and desire to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Knowledgeable of apparel on-body styling techniques and has on-set editorial experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability and desire to work with a team as well as independently
- Works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision; self-motivated to meet company standards and reach team goals
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, schedule, and deadlines
