Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are a small community-based outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Fillmore, NY, currently looking for a full-time physical therapist to join our team.
At Fillmore Physical Therapy, we work with all age groups and seek to help individuals regain functional skills, relieve or reduce pain, gain muscle flexibility and strength, improve balance and mobility, facilitate return to activities valued by the individual, and learn through therapist instruction. We believe that advancement in physical functioning and healing is best attained through the assistance of a health care provider who is compassionate, encouraging, motivational and knowledgeable in rehabilitation. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic clinician with:

- Solid oral and written communication skills
- NY State licensure

Our Physical Therapists’ Responsibilities, Duties, Qualifications and Skills:

Compassionately interacting with and helping people via:

- Knowledge of manual skills, therapeutic exercise and general rehab principles
- Solid examination and assessment skills for our direct access setting
- Collaboration with fellow team members
- Training patients in home exercise programs
- Willingness to learn
- Supervision of physical therapy assistants for collaborative care

Pay: $36.00 - $41.00 per hour
