Fillmore KOA is seeking motivated individuals to support our RV Park.
General Summary
As a Fillmore KOA Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Key priorities include greeting customers, assisting them with checking in, checking out, purchasing merchandise, completing transactions and answering questions regarding the merchandise, RV sites, amenities, directions, escorting, depending on position, there are and can be other duties such as, housekeeping, cleaning cabins, restrooms, showers and routine site maintenance.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner.
- Greets guests with a smile while making their stay a welcomed experience
- Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store and maintaining inventory.
- Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.
- Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and operational campground experience.
Position Requirements:
Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. Ability to follow directives and interpret operational documents as assigned.
Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hospitality, restaurant, housekeeping, grounds up-keep and or handy work.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills and Competencies: Customer Focus, Good Communication and Problem Solving/Decision Making skills.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
