One Block at a Time Child Care Center located in Preston, MN
Looking for an enthusiastic, fun, knowledgeable, talented, and positive person to join our child care center team.
This center participates in the Great Start Compensation grant program that provides additional hourly pay to all staff providing direct care to children. This has been approximately $3.00 per hour in additional pay.

Responsibilities
- Interact with children in a safe manner
- Implement activities that promote child development
- Offer a positive and nurturing environment
- Tasks include dressing, feeding, playing, overseeing play & daily routines
- Follow MN Rules and Laws for a licensed child care center.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age & pass a background study
- Previous experience with children 6-weeks to 12 years old or related field
- Ability to build rapport with children, families and co-workers
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Post secondary credits toward early childhood or related field are encouraged but not required
