Primary Responsibilities
- Write service repair orders and assist customers throughout the day.
- Lead the daily operation of the service department.
- Monitor shop workflow and technician productivity.
- Coach and support service advisors and technicians.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Review open repair orders and follow up on delayed work.
- Monitor labor sales, gross profit, CSI, and department performance.
- Ensure warranty, safety, and dealership policies are followed.
- Work closely with Parts, Sales, and the Store Manager to achieve dealership goals.
- Help hire, train, and develop service team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Previous automotive service advisor or service management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of dealership service operations and DMS systems.
- Valid driver's license.
- Exceptional customer satisfaction.
