Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Insurance Specialist to join our team during normal business hours. In this role, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with a team to provide guidance on insurance products, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and supporting agency visions for retention and growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and technological skills, insurance experience, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through sales efforts, informational campaigns, and marketing strategies to promote insurance.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs to recommend suitable coverage options.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, policy updates, and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and service activities for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance, customer service and/or office administration preferred.
- Property and Casualty License (Or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Comfortable learning insurance systems and technology
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a supportive environment.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 36.0 per week
