With a passionate fan base in the Mountain West, we are bringing the FiiZ experience to Colorado—starting with the Park Meadows Mall.
A FiiZ team member's job description involves creating a positive customer experience through friendly service and preparing custom sodas and treats. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling transactions, making drinks, keeping the store clean, and working collaboratively with coworkers to maintain quality and efficiency.
Core responsibilities
- Customer service:
Greet guests, take orders, and complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Aim to provide a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
- Food and drink preparation:
Prepare all products, including custom sodas, energy drinks, and treats, following all health, safety, and preparation standards.
- Teamwork:
Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations and consistent quality.
- Store maintenance:
Maintain a clean, pleasant, and safe environment for both customers and employees. This includes cleaning work areas, equipment, and dining areas.
- Inventory and stocking:
Follow procedures for stocking and rotating merchandise to keep products available and displays neat.
