This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Line Cook based in Wilmington, NC. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes as per standardized recipes, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations during service. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation, cooking, plating, and collaborating with the culinary team to meet guest satisfaction. Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and assisting with inventory and food storage will also be part of the role.
