:: The role ::
We’re looking for a strong, reliable Kitchen Production Chef who thrives in fast-paced kitchen environments and values consistency, organization, and quality.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. Systems, standards, and final decisions are defined by leadership, your role is to execute them with care and precision while supporting production across multiple food formats.
:: What you'll be doing ::
Production & execution ::
- Execute recipes according to established specs and standards
- Support production for: Catering & private events, grab&go items, meal service batches
- Maintain consistency in portioning, seasoning, and presentation
- Work efficiently to meet production timeline
Kitchen operations ::
- Follow prep lists, production schedules, and labeling systems
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Proper storage, FIFO rotation, labeling, and waste control
- Assist with receiving and organizing ingredients
Guided recipe support ::
- Assist with test batches for new or evolving recipes
- Execute recipe testing under direction from leadership
- Share practical feedback related to yield, timing, and scalability
Collaboration & adaptability ::
- Work alongside a small, focused team
- Take clear direction and communicate effectively
- Communicate production needs, issues, or constraints clearly
- Support both short-term activations (events, gatherings) and long-term programs (meal service, grab-and-go, B2B)
Who this role is for ::
- 2–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant, catering, or production)
- Comfortable with batch cooking and production workflows
- Able to work fast and at volume while staying organized and clean
- Experience with healthy, clean, or wellness-focused food is a plus
- Team-oriented, reliable, and open to feedback
- Comfortable working within structure and systems
