Community Intern

FIGS is looking for a 100% Awesome Community Intern to join our team! You’ll play a key role in supporting our Ambassador Program — from coordinating gifting to engaging with ambassadors and gathering insights from the healthcare community. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn, contribute, and connect with the healthcare professionals who make everything we do possible.

What you’ll do:

• Help place, track, and manage product orders for ambassadors.
• Assist with ambassador needs and day-to-day coordination.
• Conduct outreach and follow-ups (email/DMs) under team guidance.
• Gather healthcare professional (HCP) insights through light research, social listening, and compiling takeaways.
• Support ambassador activations, events, and content opportunities.
• Help with program tracking, gifting, shipments, and product seeding.
• Jump in to support the Community and Marketing team on special projects and day-to-day needs.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• College student
• Ability to fully commit to 20 hours per week
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; social media experience a plus
• Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn

FIGS Compensation And Benefits

Pay Range

• At FIGS, your salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's hourly rate is between $18-20/hr.
