What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi / Line Cook position at Fighting Fish?
Fighting Fish is a thriving sushi restaurant in Scott's Addition with a small, long-term crew, and we're looking to add one or two great people to join us!
We believe in cross-training throughout our kitchen, so this position will learn expediting, our hot-side grill, and sushi rolling. Previous commercial kitchen experience is strongly preferred; however, we're happy to teach sushi and all of the specifics of our Japanese-focused operation. Compensation will be based on experience level.
