We are a small, online gourmet dog treat company located in Manhattan near Bryant Park. We are passionate about our high-quality dog treats and our four-legged, furry clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time team member who will play a vital role in our operations:
- Fulfill and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain inventory levels and help rotate stock.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meets standards.
- Assist with general office duties as needed, including organizing inventory and maintaining cleanliness. (Note: Our operations are located in more of an office environment than a warehouse.)
Time Commitment:
This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with technology, highly motivated, and seeking a flexible work arrangement. The role requires working 5 days a week on site for approximately 2-3 hours per day. Following the initial training period, you will have the flexibility to choose the time of day that best fits your schedule.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in picking and packing orders.
- Ability to work well with technology, including Shopify (online sales platform).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions is critical.
- Excellent communication and strong desire to exceed client expectations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
