- Design and lead creative solutions to branding, campaigns, and marketing projects

- Collaborate with the Fig Industries team to develop client strategies and implementation across all platforms (print, digital, web, and social)
- Participate in leadership planning, development of new products, and acquisition of new clients
Daily Responsibilities
- Encourage and energize the Fig Industries team to ensure that the culture remains exceptional
- Prioritize work and resources of the Fig Industries team based on short- and long-term needs
- Lead brainstorm sessions with the creative team and Founder, utilizing creative thinking and marketing expertise to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives
- Oversee and collaborate on web design with the Senior Experience Designer
- Review and approve all creative developed by the team, ensuring deliverables effectively address marketing goals and challenges
- Present to clients with the account team
- Develop branding and marketing solutions alongside the team
- Keep projects on time and within budget
- Represent Fig Industries in the Lancaster community and beyond
- Oversee Fig Magazine design across franchise locations
- Design and update Fig Franchise templates and mood boards annually
- Mentor and direct new Fig Franchise designers
- Collaborate with Fig Managing Director on new ideas for Fig Lancaster
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field
- 10 years of experience as a creative marketing professional
- Proven management experience / desire to lead others
- Working knowledge of project management software
- Understanding of budgeting and reporting
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with several clients simultaneously
- The ability to cultivate long-term relationships
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrated both verbally and in writing
