This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baton Rouge, LA. The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will oversee the development and execution of engaging social media content, manage social media platforms, and collaborate on campaigns that align with the brand's identity. The role will also include writing, tracking performance metrics, and implementing digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Proven skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
- Strong Communication and Writing abilities
- Experience with Digital Marketing strategies and tools
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and improve campaign performance
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Marketing or related experience in retail or home decor is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
