Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Banker II located in Maumee, OH. As a Personal Banker II, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist clients with financial needs, and provide tailored banking solutions. Key responsibilities include handling deposits, opening accounts, educating customers about Fifth Third's products, and meeting or exceeding sales objectives. You will act as a trusted financial partner, ensuring a positive banking experience for clients while supporting the branch team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Banking, including handling deposits and advising customers on financial solutions
- Experience in Opening New Accounts and related banking processes
- Strong Finance knowledge with the ability to explain banking products to clients
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using banking software and tools
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred
- Relevant work experience in a retail banking or customer-facing sales environment is advantageous
