What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Producer position at Fifth Street DMC?
Event Producer
Fifth Street DMC builds experiences that last because the business behind them is built to last. Creativity opens the door, but relationships, market expertise, and follow-through are what drive sustained growth. We believe sales is not order-taking, it’s stewardship. It’s about directing the right business into the right markets and building partnerships that compound over time. This role exists because design excellence must be executable and profitable.
YOU: You are a relationship-driven operator who thinks in both experience and execution. You are calm under pressure, financially fluent, and highly accountable for outcomes.
You:
- Lead with relationships but think in logistics and delivery
- Translate client goals into clear plans, budgets, and production strategies
- Anticipate risks early and solve them before they surface
- Are confident managing both clients and vendors
- Care deeply about quality, margin, and follow-through
You don’t just manage projects—you own results from first conversation to final invoice.
OUR CORE VALUES:
• Build Like a Partner: We show up like owners, not order-takers. We collaborate, contribute,
and co-create. We don’t just pass the baton — we run beside each other with shared vision and
full commitment.
• Own The Outcome: Everyone leads from where they stand. We take full responsibility- not
just for tasks, but for results. We don’t wait to be told – we build to be proud.
• Make Moments Matter: We don’t just do work — we create meaning. Every email,
interaction, and touchpoint is a chance to leave someone better than we found them.
• Purposeful Excellence: Excellence isn’t a flex — it’s a form of care. We pursue mastery not for
ego, but because people, moments, and missions deserve our best.
