Fifth Gear Marketing is hiring an AT&T Wireless Associate to support customer engagement, wireless service education, and account development. As an AT&T Wireless Associate, you will represent AT&T by connecting with customers in person, answering questions, and explaining available wireless products, plans, and services. No extensive industry experience is necessary, as our entry level training program provides hands-on guidance, ongoing coaching, and the tools needed to develop strong communication, customer service, and professional leadership skills.

AT&T Wireless Associate Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T professionally while introducing customers to available wireless products, plans, services, and connectivity options.
• Engage with customers in person to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide helpful product information.
• Explain wireless plan features, service options, and available promotions in a clear and approachable manner.
• Build positive customer relationships through active listening, effective communication, and personalized recommendations.
• Support customer enrollment and account development by helping customers identify suitable wireless solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow established procedures and service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in team meetings, entry level training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities.
• Apply feedback from management to strengthen customer interactions, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.
• Develop the communication and leadership skills needed to pursue future growth opportunities as an AT&T Wireless Associate.
