What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greenhouse Production Employee position at Fifth Avenue Greenhouses, Inc?
1. Daily Operations of the department include:
· Planting
· Watering
· Preparing soil for planting
· Possibly assist loading/unloading trucks
· Possibly assist the sales department with unboxing and setting plants out on benches
2. Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. without accommodation
3. Current schedule: Full Time 8hr shifts Monday- Thursday, half day Friday with the possibility of additional hours during holidays and weekends, with plenty of notice.

5. Able to communicate effectively with supervisor and all levels of management/employees. Bilingual is a plus but must be able to understand and speak English.
6. Must be organized, self- starter, able to work alone (after training) and read/work from a list.
7. Must be able to help others with greenhouse maintenance projects.
8. When needed, assist other departments with order pulling, weekly truck loading/ unloading and whatever necessary to assist.
9. Be willing to assist the company with daily operations and do other duties as appointed.
