Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating an exceptional coffee experience for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced café environment. Your role will involve not only crafting delicious drinks but also providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Keep the café area clean and organized, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness of workstations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, for order processing and inventory management.
Skills
- Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers effectively.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Familiarity with café operations and experience using POS systems is preferred but not required.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
