Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based at Fifth and Grant in Pittsburgh, PA. - Candidates should possess strong Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills for building systems and facility assets.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance skills to keep equipment and infrastructure operating safely and efficiently.
- Relevant experience in residential, commercial, or industrial property maintenance is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, manuals, and safety procedures, with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance, facilities, or a related field are a plus.
